While industrial buildings may appear plain, we recognize the profound impact of compelling presentation materials when introducing a new proposal. Our expertise encompasses the use of aerial photography montages and 3D models to construct a cohesive visual landscape. We specialise in capturing eye-level entrance line-of-sight visuals and verified views tailored for planning purposes. Our industrial portfolio extends to projects involving ports, new berth areas, and power stations. The rise in last mile logistics and inner city storage facilities are now found in the urban grain of a town or city, thus forming an important part of the architecture for that area. Sustainable facades and energy creation are of part of the design.
Our journey began in the United Kingdom in 2006 when we opened a modest office in Nottingham. Initially, our focus was on assisting local architects with planning visuals and master plans. This quickly expanded into the retail and commercial sectors, serving landlords and agents, many of whom continue to be our partners to this day.
Expanding into Europe was a logical step for us, driven by the international presence of our UK-based clients. They recommended our services in European cities, finding that we could visualize their needs more swiftly than their previous providers. This led us to create leading retail destinations across Ireland, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
Since 2006, we've also made our mark in the Middle East and Africa, starting with our visualization of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Our work has since spanned across Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya, South Africa, and Egypt, contributing to some remarkable designs. Currently, a significant portion of our projects is in the burgeoning hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia, reflecting our continued growth and adaptation to new markets.
